I have no idea why I'm releasing this - well, actually,
I do come to think of it:
I spent a large amount of time knocking together an
acceptable 3D engine for a golf game - and have tried to
build a game around that.
No such luck, I'm afraid - the resolution of the 3D is
not good enough. You try getting the ball in the hole! It isn't
easy. Mainly what I want to do is whether anyone is interested in me
finishing the game. Or should I just shelve it?
Maybe you like the 3D engine. Could you suggest a good use for it?
I considered a 3D paintballing game, but the engine is a bit slow for
that.
In any case, please EMAIL ME at:

I'll welcome all suggestions!

To install this alpha, send the two files 'XTREME' and 'COURSE' to your
calc. Start up the program from ION (only ION supported at the moment).
Press [2nd] at the splash. To loop through levels, press [Graph]. To select
the level, hit [Y=]. Now, your keys are:

[Left] [Right]	: Aim left/right
[Up] [Down]	: Move camera in/out
[2nd] : Swing (hold longer for larger swing)
[Alpha] : Change Club
[Clear] : Exit Game
[Mode] : Pause (view stats, [2nd] to exit)

Try it.

Yes, I know that stuff like the 'strokes' at the end is wrongly reported.

THIS IS AN ALPHA - ANY HARM THAT IT CAUSES TO YOU, YOUR CALC, YOUR PC OR
THE SPACE-TIME CONTINUUM ARE YOU *OWN* FAULT
